Shipping & returns

Standard shipping is free on every order to the lower 48 states and takes 2-5 business days. Express shipping is $14.95 and arrives in 1-2 business days when ordered before 1pm ET.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses ship free by standard service and take 5-9 business days. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day are usually picked the same day. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is scanned by the carrier.

If tracking has not moved for three business days, email support@miravae.us and we will chase the carrier or reship, whichever gets it to you sooner.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any Miravae product, used or unused. If it did not earn a place in your routine, that is a good enough reason.

Email support@miravae.us with your order number and we send a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the return arriving.

The Incline Board and Weighted Vest carry a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The Pulse Roller carries a one-year warranty on its motor, battery and electronics.

Warranty claims need a photo and your order number. If a defect is confirmed we replace the item free, including shipping both ways.

Photograph the packaging and the item and send it to support@miravae.us within seven days of delivery. We ship a replacement immediately and file the carrier claim ourselves.
