Replaced my massage gun
I run 30 miles a week. Ten minutes on the calves after a long run and the next-day soreness is noticeably lower. Not having to hold anything is the whole point.

A massage gun hits one point at a time and asks you to hold it there. The Pulse Roller does the opposite: a full drum of 44 nodes rotates and percusses across the whole tissue surface while you sit still.
Drop it in the floor cradle and it becomes a hands-free foot and calf station for plantar fasciitis, arch pain and post-run tightness. Pull it out of the cradle, take the two handles, and it is a powered roller for quads, hamstrings, IT band, forearms and shoulders.
Five speeds from a gentle circulation setting to deep tissue. Rechargeable lithium cell gives roughly two hours per charge, so it lives by the couch rather than by an outlet.
The drum spans the whole calf or arch in one pass, so you are not hunting for the knot with a single head.
In the cradle you control pressure with the weight of your leg. Nothing to grip, nothing to aim, nothing to fatigue.
Arch and heel users overwhelmingly use it in the evening and report an easier first step out of bed the next morning.
Lift it out of the cradle and it rolls quads, hamstrings, IT band and forearms with the same powered drum.
Sit down, rest one foot on the drum and let gravity set the pressure. Do not push.
Move an inch per second from heel to ball, then work the calf for two minutes each side.
Take the handles for quads and hamstrings, then charge it and leave it by the couch.

Nurse, twelve hour shifts. I use it on speed two while I eat dinner. First step in the morning went from awful to normal in about three weeks.
Solid build and the cradle is stable on carpet. Charges in a few hours and I only plug it in once a week.
I set it on the couch and lean back into it for ten minutes. The rolling motion is much easier on me than jabbing a gun into my traps.
Speed three on the quads after a long ride is the highlight of my day. No hands, no awkward angles, no asking my wife for help.
I use it while watching TV at normal volume and nobody complains. Cradle keeps it from wandering across the floor.
Takes a session or two to find your positioning, then it is excellent. Would like a slightly longer cord, but that is my only note.
