Order information: name, email, phone, shipping address and the contents of your order. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on Miravae systems.

Usage information: basic analytics such as pages viewed and device type, used to understand which parts of the store are confusing.

To process and deliver your order, to answer support requests, to handle returns and warranty claims, and if you opt in, to send occasional email about new products. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Only the service providers required to fulfil your order: our payment processor, our shipping carriers and our email provider. Each is bound to use the data solely to perform that service.

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email support@miravae.us and we will action the request within 30 days.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

We use cookies to keep your cart between visits and to measure aggregate traffic. Blocking cookies will empty your cart between sessions but will not otherwise break the store.
