How to start a return

Email support@miravae.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll reply with a return address and simple instructions.

Condition of returned items

Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Some signs of use are expected — you can't fairly judge the product without trying it.

Refund timing

Once we receive your return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Return shipping

You cover return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service so your package doesn't get lost on the way back.
